What we collect

When you book a clean, we collect: your name, email, phone, home address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers), home details (bedrooms, bathrooms, sqft), and any access notes or preferences you provide. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, session duration) via privacy-respecting tools.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to deliver the cleaning service you booked: scheduling, communicating with our team, processing payment, and following up after the clean. We may use your email to send service-related emails (confirmations, reminders, review requests). We never sell your data.

Who has access

Within Cleanist LLC: only the team members who need it to deliver your service (booking ops, your assigned crew). Our service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each operates under their own strict data protection terms.

Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your data anytime from your client portal at /account. To request a full data export or account deletion, email support@cleanist.com. We respond within 7 business days.

Visitor analytics & reminder emails

We run our own first-party analytics pixel — no third-party trackers, no ad networks. If you start a booking and provide your email, we may send you a reminder to finish — only ever to the address you gave us, at most one per day, and every reminder includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Your IP address is stored only as a salted hash, never in raw form, and we never sell or share visitor data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use minimal analytics cookies to understand site usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
