The basics
When you book a clean with Cleanist LLC, you agree to these terms. We agree to provide the cleaning service you booked at the price you saw. Simple.
Pricing & payment
Prices are flat rates as shown at booking. Recurring services charge after each completed clean via the payment method on file. One-time deep cleans are pre-authorized at booking and charged after the service. We reserve the right to update pricing for new bookings; existing recurring clients receive 30-day notice of any increase.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Reschedule anytime with 24+ hours notice — no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the clean may incur a 50% fee since we've reserved your team's time. You can pause or cancel recurring service anytime from your portal.
Satisfaction guarantee
Not satisfied with a clean? Notify us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. This is our commitment to quality. Refunds are issued only when re-cleaning isn't practical (e.g., you've moved out).
Damages & liability
We're fully insured and bonded. Report damage within 48 hours of the clean. We resolve every legitimate claim quickly. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected item or the cost of the clean, whichever is greater. Pre-existing damage and wear-and-tear are not covered.
Access & safety
You authorize us to access your home at the scheduled time using the access details you provide. We treat your home and belongings with care. Our team will not move heavy furniture, climb tall ladders, or handle biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, pet waste accidents).
Tipping
Tips are appreciated but never expected — our team is paid fairly. If you'd like to tip, you can do so via your portal after each clean. 100% of tips go directly to your team.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
